Veronica Flores

Veronica

I am passionate about working with clients who feel ready to make a change and want a guiding hand on their journey. If you’re someone who,

  • Has experienced childhood trauma
  • Is seeking help with emotions during a major life change Struggles with anxiety or depression
  • Desires to learn how to facilitate deeper and more meaningful communication within your relationships
  • Is an adolescent or young adult looking for guidance on how to handle difficult emotions and find coping skills

Education

Veronica completed her undergraduate degree in Psychological Sciences from Western Kentucky University in 2020 and is currently working on completing her graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health counseling at Belmont University.

Style

I truly believe that every story is unique and every person has their own path. That being said I find a integrative model merging cognitive behavioral therapy with systems theory brings the client as a whole into view and allows for consideration of context in complex situations.

Hobbies

When Veronica isn’t with clients, some activities she enjoys would be spending time outdoors, reading, playing with her adorable dog Milo, and spending time with friends and family.
