“Life is a journey to be experienced, not a problem to be solved.” -Winnie the Pooh Too often, we see our children’s mental health or behavioral challenges as a “problem to be solved” instead of an experience in life. This can make us and our kids feel stuck or hopeless. It is okay to be uncomfortable in our journeys and I am here to sit with your child and help them navigate through the ups and downs of their own life experiences. When we view life as a journey and not a problem, it opens up a world of possibilities for growth.

Sandi graduated from the College of DuPage with an Associate’s Degree in Residential Child Care. She then pursued her Bachelor’s Degree from National Louis University in Human Services with a minor in Child Development. Sandi’s work is heavily grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (DBT).
