Rodney Helton

Intro:

Rodneys goal is to help individuals find balance and peace in their lives.   Everyone has issues they struggle with, and at times may need help finding a way to overcome them.  He enjoys working with individuals to achieve a better approach to hard issues, work through past baggage, and better manage the relationships in their lives.

Also, Rodney believes the relationship between you, and your therapist is the most important part in therapy.  Creating an environment where the client feels safe and free to share who you are, what you need, and what works for you is his goal.  Rodney believes that enhancing the tools and skills you already have is a wonderful place to start.  You’re choosing to take the first step towards taking your life back when you choose to start therapy.  He sees the hope and courage of every person that he works with and finds himself continually impressed at the resiliency of the human spirit.
