Hey there, I’m Rachel — a Master’s level Marriage and Family Therapist

I believe everyone has a story worth telling. Maya Angelou said it best: “There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.” Whether your story is one of pain, resilience, healing, or transformation (or all of the above), you don’t have to carry it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering a warm, supportive space where you can untangle the hard stuff, reclaim your voice, and move toward meaningful change.

What I bring to the table:

I’m a Master ‘s-level Marriage and Family Therapist with clinical experience focused on trauma, relationships, and life transitions. I’ve completed training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and regularly integrate Narrative Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) into my work. My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and deeply rooted in honoring your lived experience.

Who I love working with:

Coming from a military family myself, I have a special heart for working with service members, veterans, first responders, and their loved ones. I know the toll trauma and high-stress environments can take, and I’m passionate about creating a space where those stories can be held with compassion and care.

Outside the therapy room:

You can find me moving through a daily Pilates session, deep in a good book, or playing with creative and holistic ways to support wellness. I’m all about the mind-body connection and helping others discover what balance and healing look like.
