I’m really glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can be hard, and you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, no pressure, no judgment, just room to breathe, process, and be understood.
I love working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. I’m trained in EMDR, which helps your brain gently reprocess difficult experiences so they don’t feel as overwhelming. I also incorporate IFS, where we explore the different parts of you with curiosity and compassion, because I truly believe that every part of you makes sense, and no part of you is bad.
As a military spouse, I understand the unique challenges that come with this lifestyle: the unpredictability, the transitions, and the emotional weight it carries. I feel honored to support individuals and families as they move through those experiences.
You may also meet Roux, my therapy dog, who brings a calm, comforting presence to sessions and has a special way of helping people feel at ease.
Therapy with me is collaborative, gentle, and at your pace. Wherever you’re starting from, we’ll take it one step at a time—together.
