INTRO:

“Love enjoys knowing everything about you; desire needs mystery… Love is about having; desire is about wanting.” – Ester Perel

Relationships, intimacy, and personal identity are constantly evolving, and sometimes life experiences can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, our partners, or the things that once brought us joy and closeness. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore those challenges openly, reconnect with your sense of self, and build deeper, healthier, and more fulfilling relationships—with both yourself and others.

Education:

Megan has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Phoenix and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Keiser University. She is also CSTIP certified and a Women’s Mental Health Specialist, further specializing in sex therapy, women’s wellness, and integrative approaches to intimacy and relationship health. Currently working towards an AASECT certification.

Style:

Megan works from a blend of person centered and directive approaches to be able to offer the most well rounded and customized care for you. Operating from a lens of “what works for one, doesn’t always work for the next” allows Megan to tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals. She is comfortable working with individuals and couples while utilizing a range of modalities such as IFS, EFT, Integrative Sex and Couples Counseling, sex therapy, infertility counseling, women’s mental health counseling and CBT. Megan is passionate about creating a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental environment for clients exploring intimacy, sexuality, identity, and relationship concerns. She is LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink-aware, and experienced in supporting individuals and couples navigating sexual wellness, relationship dynamics, infertility, perinatal and postpartum challenges, as well as the emotional and relational impacts of perimenopause and menopause. Megan also enjoys working with women through all stages of reproductive and hormonal transitions, including peri/postnatal experiences, infertility journeys, and peri/menopausal experiences.

Hobbies:

When Megan isn’t running after her six-year-old twins, she can be found running for fun (or away from said five-year-old twins), weightlifting, or enjoying food from the latest “little hole in the wall” restaurant she has found.

Specialities:

Ages 18+, anxiety, depression, relationship distress, sex therapy (including intimacy struggles, sexual dysfunction, sexual identity exploration, kink/BDSM dynamics, and relationship concerns), LGBTQIA+ affirming care, infertility, perinatal and postpartum mental health, women’s mental health, perimenopause and menopause support.
