Lydia Christian

My heart is for working with kids and families who want to grow and become more aware of themselves and those around them. Everyone has something that they struggle with, whether it is communication, a diagnosis, coping skills, or anything that might weigh heavily on them. My goal is to sit with my clients in their struggles and teach them the skills they need to become their more authentic self.
