Lauren is passionate about helping people feel less alone in the challenges they face. She believes that everyone deserves a space where they can be fully themselves, without judgment, pressure, or the expectation of having everything figured out. Whether clients are navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck, Lauren is committed to creating a supportive environment where healing and personal growth can take place.
In session, Lauren brings a calm, collaborative, and down-to-earth approach. She believes that healing doesn’t come from having all the answers, it comes from feeling safe enough to ask the questions. She values getting to know each client’s unique story and works together with them to build on their strengths, develop practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change. Above all, Lauren believes that you are the expert on your own life, and therapy is a space where your voice and experiences matter.
