Lana Latham

Intro

I believe counseling should feel like a safe and welcoming space where you can truly be yourself. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and opening up is not always easy, but you don’t have to go through it alone. Therapy is not just for hard moments; it can also be a space to slow down, reflect, and grow into the person you want to be.

My goal is to create an environment that feels warm, genuine, and supportive, where you feel comfortable being open and honest. I approach counseling with compassion, curiosity, and care, and I see it as a collaborative process. We will work together to explore your experiences, build confidence, and find ways to move forward that feel right for you.
