Kara Mosier

To be kind is more important than to be right. Many times, what people need is not a brilliant mind that speaks, but a special heart that listens.” – F. Scott Fitzgerald

My work is rooted in empathy and active listening – because often, what people need most is not advice, but to feely truly understood. I strive to create a space that is safe, comfortable, and supportive, where you can show up as you are and feel genuinely heard.

Together we can explore your story and life’s challenges, making meaning of difficult experiences, and work toward healing in a way that feels right and comfortable to you. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you through this process.
