Justice Holman

We live in a world that is fast and does not allow you much time to slow down, reflect, and be intentional.  I love being able to create just that place. My hope is that I can do that for you- create a safe place, a chance to slow down, and an opportunity to connect with yourself or reconnect with your partner and the world around you. Working together, we get to explore your story and the parts of you that need space to be expressed.

Education:

Justice is currently enrolled in the master's program for Marriage and Family Therapy at Trevecca Nazarene University

Style:

I use a person-centered approach to therapy, believing that every person finds healing and growth in different ways. Using a collaborative approach a session may use parts work, mindfulness, narrative therapy, or CBT. When working with children, I use an Adlerian and Child Led Play therapy lens. Working with couples I am Gottman Level 1 trained and integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) into our work together.  I am a certified Prepare & Enrich Facilitator for use with premarital/pre-engagment couples looking to gain insight into their relationship and skills for a healthy marriage.

Hobbies:

In my free time, I love to spend time with my baby girl and husband going for walks, cheering on the Vols, and trying new coffee shops and restaurants. I love to read mystery or the newest romance novels and take yoga classes.
