Jennifer Castner, PhD, LPC-MHSP-S, ACS, NCC, CCTP, RPT

Walt Disney said, “We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we’re curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.” For most people, moving forward is the goal; we want to continue living our best life. Unfortunately, sometimes we can get stuck along the way. Maybe this is because all the doors in front of us seem locked, or maybe because we’re not sure which door to open.

The good news is you don’t have to figure all of this out by yourself. I’m here to walk beside you, help you foster that curiosity about the past, present, or future, and walk with you as you go through the new, open door.
