Whether you’re navigating a challenging time, supporting your child through difficult emotions, or looking for personal growth, my goal is to walk alongside you on this journey towards healing. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can explore, understand, and grow together.

Education:

Grecia is a Master’s level therapist working towards full licensure as an LPC-MHSP. She received her B.S. in Psychology from Lipscomb University and received her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Play Therapy specialization from Lipscomb University.

Style:

Grecia specializes in Play Therapy, an approach that helps children express and process their feelings in a way that is natural and effective for them. Grecia tailors her therapeutic approach to each person’s unique needs which may include expressive arts techniques, Sandtray, and a person-centered approach. As a bilingual therapist Grecia is proud to offer counseling services in English and Spanish, ensuring that clients from diverse backgrounds feel comfortable and understood.

Hobbies:

Grecia enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, playing volleyball, and pickleball. When Grecia isn’t outdoors you may find her in a Pilates or barre class.
