“What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.” -Ralph Waldo Emerson

Each of us carries life experiences that shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. While these experiences may influence our perspective, they do not have to define who we are becoming—especially when the narrative no longer reflects who we are or who we hope to be.

I believe growth and healing begins with feeling truly seen and heard. As a therapist, I strive to create a space for what’s been carried, what’s emerging, and what’s possible by collaborating with each client to support growth, understanding, and empowerment.

Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, seeking greater self-understanding, or hoping to create lasting change, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you begin to build a life that feels more aligned with who you are and who you hope to become.
