“We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty.”- Maya Angelou
I believe that healing isn’t always a straight path. It can feel more like a roller coaster, with highs and lows, and a few loops de loops along the way. It’s in moments of connection that we’re able to be truly seen—not just for who we wish to be, but for who we are right now. My goal is to foster an environment that feels authentic and safe, where you can feel heard, accepted, and understood.
Together, we’ll work through your concerns and help you align with your values. Starting something new can feel daunting, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you explore personal growth, self-expression, and self-compassion.
