I am passionate about working with individuals and families who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives and relationships. If you’re someone who:

  • Wants to improve your happiness but isn’t sure where to start
  • Has overcome a difficult or traumatic childhood and wants to heal and improve relationships with your family, partner, or children
  • Is seeking to increase self-awareness, reduce shame, and overcome self-doubt
  • Is a family ready to address barriers to healthy attachment and willing to collaborate on techniques to strengthen those bonds
  • Desires better communication and deeper connection, whether you’re an individual or a couple who wants to truly be heard and to hear others authentically
  • Struggles with anxiety-driven cycles and is eager for support in breaking free to move closer to your goals
  • Is a teen or young adult ready to learn how to tolerate difficult emotions and find new coping strategies

I would love to help you on your journey to deeper healing and connection. Let's work together to discover the tools and insights that can create lasting change.
