Dr. Cris Cannon

“Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.” – George Bernard Shaw

The challenge in creating ourselves is that life often gets in the way. On the journey of becoming, past wounds can trap us in what was, present fears can hold us back from what could be, and anxiety about the future can weigh us down with endless “what ifs.” In our hardest moments, what we need most is someone who will just be with us. Someone who listens without judging, who tries to understand, and who gives us the space to be ourselves – as we figure out who we are and who we want to become. Cris hopes to be a supportive presence – holding space with empathy and grace for fellow travelers on the shared pathways of life.
