Intro:

As a therapist, I believe that while we may not always have control over our circumstances, we possess the power to change ourselves. My approach is rooted in the belief that individuals have the inner strength to create meaningful change in their lives. Empowering clients to cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and self-compassion is at the heart of my professional journey. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered to work through challenges and achieve personal growth.
