The greatest gift you can give someone is the feeling that they are seen and heard.” -John Gottman
Everyone, at some point, has gone through a hard time. And that hard time may have led to even more difficulties down the road. My goal as a therapist is to join you on that road and make you feel seen and heard, exploring the journey you have taken to bring you to where you are now. I hope through this new journey that I can help you be the best possible version of you, and become the most authentic you. Everyone deserves a chance to be listened to, and I cannot wait to hear your story.
