“Life is like a box of chocolates, we never know what we are going to get.” (Forrest Gump) In life we sometimes face challenges that are difficult with our mental health. It can be difficult to navigate those issues alone. I am here to help. I am passionate about providing client centered care and treatment to aid you in working through those issues that are so difficult to face alone. I utilize trauma informed care to help clients feel safe and comfortable to share and work through issues. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and utilize that technique, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Gestalt Therapy techniques to aid clients in working through issues.
