‘What is the bravest thing you’ve ever said?’ asked the boy. ‘Help,’ said the horse.” — Charlie Mackesy, The Boy, the Mole, the Fox, and the Horse

Everyone needs help from time to time. That’s what the beauty of therapy is all about. Whether it’s navigating major life events or simply taking time for a general “check-in,” advocating for yourself is not only healthy—it’s crucial.

One of my favorite parts of working with individuals is seeing them discover those “ah ha” moments of life—the quiet breakthroughs that foster clarity, resilience, and empowerment.
