“Every day is a new opportunity. You can build on yesterday’s success or put its failures behind and start over again. That’s the way life is, with a new game every day, and that’s the way baseball is.” –Bob Feller

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel understood, supported, and challenged to build yourself in healthy ways. In addition to general mental health, I have specialized training in sports psychology and enjoy helping athletes strengthen their mental game, build resilience, and maintain balance both on and off the field. As a former collegiate athlete myself I find pride in helping athletes feel their best and overcome obstacles. Whether you’re navigating performance pressures, recovering from injury, or simply striving for personal growth, I’m here to support your journey.

My goal is to help you build the tools and insights you need to move forward with confidence and clarity—whatever that looks like for you.
