Every person’s story is filled with beauty and promise. Often times though, we can feel stuck in the things that have happened to us or may feel we have lost parts of ourselves along the way. My goal is simply to walk beside you and make space for you to discover and uncover what is already inside of you!
Through the therapeutic relationship, I strive to create a place free of judgement and filled with safety and understanding, no matter where you are at in your journey. I practice from a client-centered perspective and utilize different modalities, such as CBT or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, based on your goals and needs. I serve a variety of different needs including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, life-transitions, and trauma.
