“It’s time to tell everyone who’s dealing with a mental health issue that they’re not alone, and that getting support and treatment isn’t a sign of weakness—it’s a sign of strength” – Michelle Obama

As a post-master’s therapist, I am passionate about finding an approach that will help my clients improve their mental health and overall well-being. I’ve worked with individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. I have enjoyed connecting with my clients and helping them achieve their goals throughout therapy.

I am interested in working with children, adolescents, and adults, and I believe that successful treatment first begins with building a strong client-therapist relationship. I often use the client-centered approach, play therapy, and CBT to connect with my clients, and I enjoy using various therapeutic interventions that will help them with their journey towards healing. My goal as your therapist is to create a therapeutic atmosphere where you can heal, grow, and thrive.
