“Knowing that we can be loved exactly as we are gives us all the best opportunity for growing into the healthiest of people.” – Fred Rogers
“A bird doesn’t sing because it has an answer, it sings because it has a song”
These words reflect the beliefs I hold for all people and my calling in the work I do. I hope to provide a space for all my clients to share their stories in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. I believe deeply that every person is inherently valuable and already holds within themselves the tools needed to grow. My work is grounded in the belief that through a relationship based on empathy, genuineness, and acceptance, clients can move toward more positive ways of being. Counseling is a space to work through the messiness and heal from past wounds. I am especially passionate about providing this care for children and would be honored to walk alongside you.
