My ideal client is someone who is willing to be receptive to the therapeutic relationship, understanding its importance, and allowing me to help them discover the potential that is within them. I have mainly worked with those who present with peer/relational problems, school issues, mood disorders, and family issues, learning coping, social, and communication skills.
I offer clients different ways to explore and express their thoughts and feelings concerning the issues that are keeping them from being the best version of themselves.
I provide help through psychoeducation, CBT, and play therapy.
Being faced with challenges that impair your day to day life can be overwhelming and leave you with a sense of hopelessness. I believe that having help to face these challenges can empower one to overcome them and develop a renewed sense of self that promotes growth.
