Asking for help and going to therapy can be scary, and I aim to make every client feel comfortable as we navigate life together for an hour every week.
I love working with clients that may be struggling to connect with their authentic self, and aim to create a safe space for clients to explore new or undiscovered parts of themselves. I primarily utilize a cognitive approach to therapy (such as CBT, DBT, and ACT), but enjoy incorporating a variety of modalities such IFS/parts work, and Narrative therapy. I am excited about working with clients that are willing to engage in activities in and out of session, such as journaling, meditation, role-play or role-rehearsal, and sandtray.
