My goal in therapy is to build a genuine connection with clients so that they may feel seen, heard, and understood. Asking for help is difficult, so I want to provide a safe, judgement free zone for clients to explore their struggles and emotions. I use a person-centered approach, which means I support clients in discovering their own unique needs and encourage them in reaching their personal goals. I have training in Child-Centered Play Therapy and am passionate about helping children develop their confidence, independence, and strength. I am excited to help clients grow through the therapy process!
