Everyone has the ability to reach their full potential. However, sometimes situations in life can seem overwhelming and we can get stuck in a negative pattern of thinking, feeling, and behaving that hinders our personal growth. Through the process of therapy new possibilities and avenues to approach life’s challenges will be explored.
I use a variety of techniques to help each client. Together we will create goals and learn new skills that will help you address what brought you to therapy. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I have extensive mental health experience and knowledge working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem/self-worth, life adjustments, trauma, and behavioral issues. I practice an evidence based eclectic approach that incorporates elements of cognitive behavioral, humanistic, solution focused, and play therapy.
