All vibes welcome here! I have a passion for helping teens, adolescents and young adults through some of their hardest times in life. I am passionate about a laid back, comfortable and secure relationship with my clients no matter where they are emotionally, mentally, spiritually or physically.

I am here to walk through these difficult times with you whether that be through trauma reprocessing, parenting work, or providing you with a safe space to express your emotions. During this process I will support and nurture all emotions (vibes)! I pride myself in making my client’s feel heard and comfortable during their sessions and one way that I do that is with my therapy dog, Wrangler. He is here for all the snuggles and love you may need.

I am comfortable with many modalities including EMDR, Circle of Security Parenting, CBT, TF-CBT, mindfulness and many more.
