“You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.” -C.S. Lewis
Seeking out counseling can be one of the hardest things you do, but I work to make it a point to show how strong you really are. I primarily work with teens and young adults of all backgrounds and walks of life. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, addiction, relationship concerns, and other life experiences. I utilize several approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy and person-centered techniques to encourage growth and promote healing.
I believe that each person has their own story that has shaped what they are currently experiencing. Through my work, I strive to foster a safe space where you can tell your story, gain insight into how that has impacted you, and create a new reality that is more fulfilling.
