Everyone deserves a space where they can feel heard and express themselves openly. Therapy is that opportunity to safely explore emotions, memories, and needs without the risk of judgment. My goal is to create a place where an adult, adolescent, or child can feel able to uncover their needs and find the power to enhance wellness and peace in their life.
My focus is those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem struggles, behavioral challenges, self-harm, interpersonal conflict, and life transitions. I utilize the following person-centered theoretical approaches: CBT, TF-CBT, Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS), mindfulness, expressive arts, and emotionally focused therapy (EFT).
