My approach to therapy is rooted in connection and safety. I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship for healing and growth, and I strive to create a safe, accepting space for each of my clients.

I approach therapy from a trauma-informed, psychodynamic perspective, exploring with clients how past experiences, attachment, and trauma have impacted them. I’ve been working with clients since 2018 and have had the privilege of working with adults in various settings, including a sexual assault center, a domestic violence shelter, psychiatric hospitals, and substance abuse rehabilitation centers. My diverse background and comprehensive training allow me to provide compassionate and effective support tailored to each client’s unique needs. I use experiential methods such as EMDR and IFS to help clients reconnect with the wounded parts of themselves.

If you are seeking true transformation, self-compassion, and freedom from self-defeating patterns, I look forward to walking with you on that journey toward fully embodied healing.
