Are you feeling like an outsider in your own life or relationships?

Maybe you’ve spent a long time trying to understand where you belong, how to feel safe being yourself, or how to move forward from experiences that have left you feeling disconnected or unseen. Or perhaps you are ready to let go of roles, beliefs, and expectations that no longer serve you, and to move toward a more authentic and self-defined way of living.

Hi, I’m Tiffany, a Master of Social Work intern at Connect Counseling. I am passionate about working with individuals navigating trauma, identity, and life transitions. I enjoy working with individuals who may feel out of place in their families, communities, environments, or even within themselves, and who are seeking deeper connection, clarity, and self-understanding. It is a joy to help individuals reconnect with themselves, build a sense of safety, and move beyond what used to hold them back from living their most authentic life. I am especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and those recovering from religious trauma, as well as others navigating the impact of identity, community, or belief systems on their sense of self. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a trauma-informed perspective, recognizing that each person’s story is unique and shaped by their experiences and environment. I am committed to meeting clients where they are and supporting them as they move toward healing and growth at their own pace. My areas of clinical interest include trauma recovery, identity development, life transitions, and supporting individuals navigating complex personal, cultural, or spiritual experiences.
