Holli was raised in Los Angeles, CA and moved to Nashville in 2016, where she has family and friends. While she has a West Coast influence, her family is rooted in generations of Southern tradition. She strives to create a comfortable and safe space for all of her clients to feel at ease. Therapy with her is relaxed and adaptive to your needs and goals. You will experience an active conversational approach with soft challenges and insight. She shares in your goals of achieving a more fulfilling life and is honored to walk with you in this journey.

Education

Holli has her Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of La Verne, where she finished with a perfect academic record. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). In order to bridge her education into the clinical world, Holli took graduate classes with Austin Peay State University, where she completed all requirements with a perfect academic record.

Style

Therapy with Holli is an active conversation, with challenges being soft and easy, but sometimes necessary. She deploys a variety of techniques to meet the client’s needs, which could be person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma timeline and more. Her priority is to help her clients reach their goals and have a better quality of life. Holli’s philosophy is simple – while she is the headlights showing you the different directions to go, you are ultimately the driver, choosing what path works best for you.

Hobbies

Holli enjoys exploring different areas of the city she hasn’t visited before to have new experiences and adventures. Holli has traveled both internationally and domestically, with locations still on her list. She also enjoys decorating her home and working in the garden with her daughter.
