I believe counseling should feel approachable, supportive, and useful for everyday life. I am passionate about helping people see that therapy is not only for moments of crisis or when something feels “broken.” Instead, I view counseling as a space where people can grow, reflect, and better understand themselves and their relationships.
Caring for our mental and emotional well-being should be just as important as caring for our physical health. My goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable talking openly, gaining new insight, and building healthier ways of navigating life. I see therapy as a partnership. As a neutral and supportive guide, I want to work alongside clients as they move through challenges, strengthen relationships, and continue growing into the lives they want to live.
