Master's Level Therapists
All children deserve to feel seen, known, heard, and loved. When your child is experiencing mental, emotional, and behavioral difficulties, it can be very challenging to know exactly what you can do to best provide for them. I believe that each client is the expert on themselves; the client is the superhero in their own story while I am their sidekick. Instead of stopping care at symptom relief, my goal is to provide tools for you and your child to experience a deeper healing of whatever you are coming in for.
Child-Centered Play Therapy is my main intervention because play is a child's first language. I have a lot of experience with children/adolescents that experience anxiety, trauma, behavior problems, and much more. I also have extensive training in evidence-based practices such as Internal-Family Systems, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Seeking the right therapist for you can be a difficult journey, but finding the right therapist for your child can be an entirely different challenge. I hope to provide a safe place for you and your child to experience relief from these challenges. I would consider it an honor and a privilege to walk alongside you and your child in this journey.
