Asking for help is one of the bravest and, yet, most uncomfortable things we can do as humans. I understand this action, especially when it comes to therapy, is one that takes time, courage, and, perhaps, some hesitation. When working together, I strive to acknowledge this bravery and aim to be a safe place for you where you feel welcomed, respected, and supported from the beginning of your healing journey, to the end.
I aim to do this by utilizing my training in EFT/EFIT with Externship and all Core Skills level trainings completed, as well as introducing pieces of IFS parts work, sandtray, and art therapy in a way where we can work together to identify and reach therapeutic goals at your own pace.
I look forward to meeting you and would be honored to sit beside you in the more challenging, joyful, saddening, and/or confusing times.
