Hi, I’m Tina! I am a PhD student and a counseling intern at Connect Counseling. My goal is to meet you where you are in life. I am passionate about working with women, adolescents, teens, and young adults. I have a passion for working with underrepresented communities. My therapy style is one of empathy, compassion, and humor.
My areas of clinical interest include depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, self-worth, life transitions, couple/family conflict, substance abuse, and everyday life struggles. I practice an integrative, evidence-based approach to therapy that includes narrative, reality and cognitive-behavioral approaches.
