Abigail Nesbitt, LPC

Abigail Nesbitt

No matter the circumstance, growth is a personal journey that lasts a lifetime. I am passionate about helping others navigate their journey and find their path to a healthier self. It is a privilege to hold space for and sit with those who seek assistance. I enjoy working with anxiety/stress, phobias, OCD, adjustment issues, anger, identity, depression, and trauma.

I am trained in both EMDR and Brainspotting, which allows for reprocessing of trauma and other emotional regulation issues. I take an approach that is collaborative with my clients and allows for us to find health together. I enjoy using CBT, DBT, Sand Tray, Parts Works, and Exposure/Response Prevention techniques.

I would be honored to walk with you on your journey and help you live a life that brings happiness and authenticity.
