As human beings, we all want to feel seen, heard, and understood in this unpredictable thing we call life. We put on this fake persona that everything is perfect and truthfully, its not and we all struggle at times. Anxiety, depression, life stressors and relationships are hard to navigate but we don’t have to face them alone. As your therapist, I want to sit with you in these vulnerable moments and face adversity with you. My hope is that you leave each session empowered and confident that you can overcome these obstacles.
I would be honored to go on this journey with you in discovering your unique strengths and resources. Let’s take a step back and identify what is and isn’t working for you so that you can begin to take the small steps necessary for achieving your goals. My clinical interests are Eating Disorders and those with low self-esteem and I work with individuals, adolescents, couples and families.
Admitting you need help is scary but it’s one of the bravest things a person can do. In this moment, you are putting your well-being first and taking the first step towards positive change. You deserve peace and are worthy of living the life that you envision. Therapy isn’t an easy process and with growth there will be discomfort. I will be present and help you work through these hard times if you are ready to take that initial leap.
