From years working in Marketing and social media management, I know all about creating a mask or story that may be more desirable and/or digestible to others. Therapy is a time when that mask can be hung up so that your true stories can be processed. I believe everyone deserves a place where they can give life to their thoughts and feelings. That place should be safe, loving, and empathetic. I hope to provide space and airtime to those thoughts and feelings so they can materialize into informative and helpful roadmaps for growth.
I work from an integrative therapeutic lens, including attachment, narrative, and family systems, with a person-centered approach. I am interested in working with young adults and couples who are struggling with life stage transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, body dysmorphia, and disordered eating. My goal is to provide coping skills, connect patterns in your story, and empower you to keep taking next steps on your journey to healing.
We live in a fast-paced world that is ever-changing, beautiful, cruel, and chaotic. I will welcome you into a safe, judgment-free space where you can learn about yourself and dig into your therapeutic work. I would be honored to be a part of your mental health journey and pursuit of healing.
