Asking for help is one of the bravest and, yet, most uncomfortable things we can do as humans. I understand this action, especially when it comes to therapy, is one that takes time, courage, and, perhaps, some hesitation. When working together, I strive to acknowledge this bravery and aim to be a safe place for you where you feel welcomed, respected, and supported from the beginning of your healing journey, to the end.
I am interested in working with adolescents, young adults, and couples who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship distress, self-doubt, and transitional periods of life. My goal is to help you process through some of these more difficult and challenging parts of life, as well as rewrite portions of your story through a new lens of healing. I aim to do this by utilizing a combination of models, including EFT/EFIT (I have completed several trainings including EFT Externship and Parts 1 and 2 of Core Skills), IFS parts work, sandtray, and art therapy, where we work together to identify and reach therapeutic goals at your own pace.
I look forward to meeting you and would be honored to sit beside you in the more challenging, joyful, saddening, and/or confusing times.
